What I learned
- — A GA4 property that shows nothing in Realtime can be the property's fault, not the site's — repoint the stream and re-verify before debugging the code.
- — Nine DMs and zero replies is a real outreach result: the message or the channel needs work, not more volume.
Day 18 — Thu May 28
Backfilled on Day 32. The morning produced real work: LaunchCost’s analytics got repointed to a fresh GA4 property after the original one sat dark in Realtime, and the outreach check came back all-quiet — nine LinkedIn DMs, zero replies, logged honestly.
Then the day stopped. The gate that was one Realtime check away from closing stayed open, and this turned out to be the last tracked challenge work for a long stretch.
