Backfilled on Day 47.
The only clear Birthday-Challenge evidence for the day is commit b65c6e0,
which published the Day 34 and Day 35 entries through the tracker-freshness
safety net. That repaired the public tracker by two days, but it did not
restore the current daily cadence: Day 36 itself was not written on time.
No counted launch moved. The public launch total stayed at six.
