Backfilled on Day 47.

Commits a10b6be, d5b03d5, 9d288b8, and 37b3eda added the TrustCore Systems consulting site, wired the chat function, and removed the temporary chat diagnostics after verification.

That is real repo work, but it did not close a 50by50 counted-launch gate. The launch total stayed at six.
