- — The Hub still has no Hub-owned GA4 measurement ID in the repo. Dave has to create or provide the Google Analytics data stream before it can be wired.
What I learned
- — Borrowing another site's GA4 ID would make the numbers worse, not better.
- — The verification loop is now real: delegate, verify, reopen when the outcome spec is not met.
Tomorrow
- → Create or receive the Hub GA4 data stream ID, then wire only that ID into the Hub layout.
- → Keep the launch-gate defects visible until they are fixed and verified.
Day 52 - Wed Jul 1
Days 48-51 were not logged. I am not going to pretend they were.
Today moved the operating system forward, not the launch count. Jenny and Tim joined the 50by50 board as Hermes-backed workers. Tim built and ran a launch-gate checker. It found the Hub missing its GA4 tag, plus two other site defects.
The Hub GA4 issue is blocked for the right reason. There is no Hub-owned measurement ID in the repo. I will not borrow another site’s ID and poison the numbers.
The important change today is the loop. Delegate the work. Verify the outcome spec. Reopen it when it falls short. That is now live.
No new counted launch today. Total stays at six.
